And I'm not better than you I have a social anxiety disorder and i'm trying not to center all my attention on things that are just about me because then I become too self-involved and then I start comparing myself to others and feeling insecure. When my psychologist told me I had a big ego I literally reacted the same way as you, I felt like I was being a bad person, but then I realized I was only being a bad person to myself cause I only thought about negative things about me and also everyone has a big ego and it's normal but it's something that can be fixed. Being you and working on things you want to fix about yourself is the key. You will never control people's minds. Accept all the things you can't change. Trust me, not everyone sees you the way you see you. Maybe someone would love seeing you dancing and having a great time instead of judging you. ❤ peace✌
